Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care Seminar
A required seminar for those who are pursuing a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification or who are looking to enhance their knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. This course is certified by the NCCDP.

Teresa D. Carter, CDP, CADDCT
For more than 25 years, Teresa Carter has been responsible for the care of individuals living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT). She has been an Executive Director of Memory Care for over 20 years, and is a consultant for families, residents, and healthcare staff."Helping families navigate living with dementia is what motivates me every single day to be a light to others. Registration Information
This course is an online learning course that is offered on specific dates. You will log onto the conference virtually. To choose a date that works for your schedule, scroll down to the calendar below.Course tuition is $200 per person.Once you register, you will receive confirmation of registration and location of classroom site you have chosen or a link to the online classroom. You will receive the course handbook as a digital download via email.Once registered, you are enrolled unless otherwise notified. Instructor reserves the right to cancel courses based on insufficient enrollment. Registrants who need to cancel must notify the Instructor in writing no later than one week prior to seminar date. Cancellations are refundable less a $75.00 administrative charge. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to seminar date. Continuing education credits will be cancelled for all non-payment of required fees.
